IMPORTANT: FiledRight requires Mac OS X 10.7 or higher on client workstations.

Our download files are internet-enabled disk images. These work best when you have the "Open 'safe' files..." preference enabled in Safari. Under the Safari menu, select Preferences... and check that this option appears as shown.

When you click a download file, the disk image is moved to your desktop, mounted, and the installer is launched to begin the installation process.
